The redevelopment of the 42-acre site afforded Baysinger Partners Architecture the opportunity to create a unique retail environment. Running through the center third of the site is a 200-foot wide BPA power line easement with building and development restrictions. These restrictions generated a design in which two large anchor retail stores are located on the southerly one third of the site. The balance of the site is developed with smaller retail and mid-sized anchors in the NE quadrant. Shop tenants include Starbucks, Gamestop, Subway and Moe’s Southwest Grill. Anchor tenants in the center include Costco, Target, Petsmart, Office Depot and Pier One.
