Baysinger Partners is proud to assist Goodwill in the expansion of its retail chain. We’ve incorporated sustainable practices in site and building design and enrolled the latest projects in the Earth Advantage program of the Energy Trust of Oregon. Each new store will be fully sky-lighted, employing a control system to shut off the stores’ lighting during day light hours, year round. When possible the sites incorporate bio-swales to improve storm runoff water quality. Locally produced, recycled and low VOC products are required. We’re also using LED light fixtures where practical
NW Burgers and Fries challenged Baysinger Partners to recreate the bustle and excitement of Five Guys as it launched a new franchise in OR and WA. Led by Paul Reed, the team began by paying close attention to criteria standards while maintaining the high energy environment that is a critical component of the franchise’s image.
